* TO CLAIM FOR DEAD ON ARRIVAL MUST HAVE :

 

1. Video showing of parcel from STARTING of unpacking till FINISH, showing spider(s) is/are dead inside vial/straw. Edited video will not be entertain. Must be notified of DOA within 2hr of unboxing.

2. Video must show parcel is not crushed during transit.

3. No entertainment of photo only.

4. This live arrival warranty only valid for 2 days. Beginning from the time & date posted over courier's counter. Beyond that is not our responsibility. Courier delayed not our responsibility.

5. LAG void after first delivery attempt.

6. LAG not applicable for international shipment.

7. Oversea buyers are themselves responsible for their respective countries rules & regulations when ordering
